Joe Biden wrapped up the nomination on April 8, the day Sanders dropped out. And many prominent liberals celebrated the coronation of the man promising to bring their big ideas back to the White House by logging on and scolding his defeated rival’s most ardent supporters.

“This is the death throes of a movement, happening in real-time,” said Markos Moulitsas, co-founder of Vox and founder of Daily Kos. “Perhaps ‘organizing outside of electoral politics’ might have something to do with an inability to, you know, win elections?”

“These are not ‘left-wing’ voters,” tweeted MSNBC’s Joy Reid. “They are privileged white voters who demand to be bowed down to, no different than [how] Trump’s voters want those who are not white and Christian to take the knee for them.”

It’s not exactly a mystery as to what’s going on. But a lot of well-paid writers are going to try and convince you otherwise. Earlier this week, on the same day that the New York Times published Michelle Goldberg’s op-ed entitled “A Biden Presidency Could Be Better Than Progressives Think,” they reported elsewhere on their website that Erskine Bowles — of the Simpson-Bowles commission to cut Social Security — just hosted yet another Biden fundraiser.

Shades of “Her”.  They’re going to shit all over Sanders supporters, lose the fucking election, and blame Bernie.  Fuck ’em.

As a bunch of multi-millionaires, I should think the bobble heads on CNN, Fox, MSDNC would be more creative in trying to “report” the narrative. Bernie’s suspended campaign is a wash, so…. nothing left but the majority of Americans who do vote, who have received the message of it not being about Bernie, but about US. Funny thing is… us includes them, but they are caught up in the matrix of what is real and who they hell they are themselves.

Let em cry this one out, because I could not care less what MSM thinks to do at this point. The desperation for advertisers on the boob tube tells me how bad everybody’s doing, including MSM that hasn’t a clue about their real craft.

Hell, no... I'm not giving up...

Good, they can blame me, it’ll be my fault. I’m not voting for Biden, so yes, absolutely, blame me for his loss.

And then these assholes can start thinking about how to appeal to the left instead of just demanding we fall in line. Maybe, MAYBE the lesson will be fucking learned that unlike the ‘moderate Republicans” the Dems keep playing for, the left actually exists.

Or maybe they won’t, and their party can die. either way works fine for me.

Unlike Kulinski, I’ll go further and actively encourage people to either vote third party or just not vote; anything but vote for either Trump or Biden. I personally will refuse to vote for any Democrat this year.

      I welcome their hatred.

(when Biden loses) and they’ll be needing the whaaaaambulance in a few years time, when we either take over, or vanquish them by third party.

      F*** the lot of them.

      Because historically………oh, wait.  Bwahahaha!

I read that Biden has kind of walked back his commitment to naming a woman of color as VP.   No surprise there, but it would be fucking wondrously lovely if vote for the blue shills would refrain from mealy-mouthing Biden promises and commitments concerning anything remotely progressive.  He lies, the DNC lies, the Democratic Party Inc. lies.  And they all feel justified about lying, ya know.  Whatever it takes.  Although it is a bit amusing to imagine Kamala Harris going “Wait – whut???!!!!”, and Klobuchar smirking smugly.

      And this –

“These are not ‘left-wing’ voters,” tweeted MSNBC’s Joy Reid. “They are privileged white voters who demand to be bowed down to, no different than [how] Trump’s voters want those who are not white and Christian to take the knee for them.”

Vote for the blue shills – funny how twitter exposes the hypocrisy and ugliness of others besides Trump, eh?  Of course, I would not vote for a corporate Dem even if everybody was nice and polite – because they would just be lying and pandering.  Records and issues.  Records and issues.  And receipts.  Won’t be taking the knee for the Democratic Party.  #demexited

Because the Democrats have been exposed for Do Nothing Cowards that they actually are.

The Bernie Supporters are able to provide proof positive that their Heroes that they propped up are Fake.  Nothing angers more than that.

Is there anyone with an IQ above room temperature at the DNC? They treated Bernie’s supporters like shit last eclection and the queen got her old ass handed to her by an orange-haired businessman with limited intellect and no knowledge of politics or foreign affairs. The fools are doing the same this time around and will blame Bernie and his supporters again. Most of us really don’t want another four with Trump, but the DNC is doing everything in its power to give him an easy win. The Democratic Party as we once knew it is dead.

Ditto Moulitsas.  So, I don’t give a crap what they think – they aren’t family of mine, they aren’t loved ones, so their opinions do not matter.

I suppose my indifference illustrates a bit of snobbery on my part:

Neither Reid nor Moulitsas have done anything important or noteworthy in their lives except gripe about unpopular and/or powerless political groups.  Not quite heavy lifting, that.  So why should I or anyone else care?  They eagerly parrot talking points which are disseminated to them from their paymasters.  Same as the proverbial “stuffed shirt”.  Shrug.  They have no insights of any real brilliance.

Meanwhile, people like Ann Coulter or Mitt Romney or Bill Clinton also bash left-wing liberals, but their criticisms sting because they know first-hand who they are talking about, they have an ability to wield language skillfully, they know how to get their message out to other important people who HAVE done things (like cover the Iraq War from the front lines, or Ebola outbreaks, or dangerous terrorist groups, etc.), or – in the case of Coulter – they are willing to go on the offensive FIRST, before anyone else will do it.

So yeah, Reid and Moulitsas are just noise, IMO.

The opinions and personal views expressed herein are solely those of the author, and should never be taken seriously.

…after the 2016 election, when they blamed Bernie and his followers for their ignominious defeat to a huckster reality show host.

Now they are showing us what sore winners they are.  They engineered a primary victory for Biden by coalescing into a united front such as has never been seen before in the party — and having successfully done that, they are now lashing out at Bernie and his supporters anyway — even though he has kept his word and endorsed Biden.

Well you know the saying:  When someone shows you who they are, believe them.  I believe them.

If Joe Biden wants my vote, he can name Bernie Sanders or Nina Turner as his VP.  No amount of platform concessions, or promises to pursue progressive policies, can persuade me, since I know it would be lies.  And Old Joe ain’t gonna offer any concessions to the left anyway.  He thinks he has a mandate because of the dramatic nature of the victory that the party engineered for him.  He doesn’t need to give us anything, and he won’t.

The Democrats aren’t playing the game they claim to be playing — i.e., defeating Trump at any cost.  Losing to a Republican is not an existential threat to them — but allowing progressives to take over the party is.  They are scrapping with progressives for their very lives, politically speaking, and that is why they are so vicious towards us.

So what are we to do?  Well first, if you don’t know what game you are playing in, you will lose.  Once you figure out the game is different from what you thought it was, you have 3 choices:  1 – change how you play the game; 2 – change the game itself; 3 – quit the game altogether.  We need Option #2, and we need to use this crisis to press for real change.

Ah, if only the Little People could show some real solidarity.  I think we may be getting there, to a degree, but not yet to the degree needed.  And the politicians are so, so good at keeping us fractured.
