With Rule 41 the FBI Is Now Officially the Enemy of All Computer Users

Rick Falkvinge, founder of the original pirate party and head of privacy at PrivateInternetAccess.com, joins us to discuss his recent article, “Today, the FBI becomes the enemy of every computer user and every IT security professional worldwide.” We dissect the new “Rule 41” that gives American law enforcement unprecedented leeway to break into any computer in the world, the implications this has for a world in which privacy is increasingly a thing of the past, and what people can do to protect themselves from the New Online Order of global FBI operations.

Rickard “Rick” Falkvinge (born Dick Greger Augustsson on 21 January 1972) is a Swedish information technology entrepreneur and founder of the Swedish Pirate Party.[1] He is currently a political evangelist with the party, spreading the ideas across the world

    1. I bet you're going to see a lot of US sites that can relocate out of the country

And have strong encrypt because of this.  Especially those that actually are enemies of the US.

      2. I'm still listening to this Swede in the interview

I hope you take the time also……… he has a lot to say besides about rule 41 but does explain what it means to world wide intrusion on your privacy. He also discusses how you can protect yourself  from criminal hackers and govt hackers. But says he the govt want to put their energy and money into they can and will.

Rule 41 basically means the FBI can search your computer ‘if it helps an investigation’ without a warrant or you even knowing about it.  That’s world wide not just USA.

        4. I did. Very sobering report

No wonder so many folks overseas are trying to move the main internet nods out of the US (if they haven’t done so already).  It also confirms why I will never get one of those amazon devices (hell I even disconnected Cortana from my comp-at least I hope I have).  Basically this guy throws up a lot (and I do mean a lot) of red flags that folks now need to consider.

    5. Basically The 1% Understand That They Have Lost Control Of The 99%

Rule 41, The Patriot Act and other mechanisms are the only way the 1% have left to intimidate and rule.

    6. I keep truly vital information in a most secure location-inside my skull.

Anything on my computer is either stuff I don’t care about or false data.

I won't shut up and I don't waste my time teaching pigs to sing
