WTF!!! Chinese Factory Worker RUBS MASKS On His Shoes In A Factory In China

CHINA FACTORY WORKER LAUGHS AS HE RUBS MASKS ON HIS SHOE

TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — As the world struggles to cope with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, a video surfaced on Monday (March 30) showing a Chinese factory worker rubbing his shoes on surgical face masks allegedly bound for export. While China continues its propaganda campaign to paint itself as the savior of the world during the pandemic, a number of reports have surfaced alleging that the test kits, face masks, and other medical supplies it is donating and selling to countries in need are defective. At the same time, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is seeking to shift blame for its bungled handling of the disaster by fostering conspiracy theories such as the U.S. military being behind the outbreak, leading to a spike anti-foreigner sentiment in China.

In the latest incident, a video posted on Twitter appears to show a Chinese factory worker soiling face masks meant for foreign clients. The man, who is not properly wearing his own mask, can be seen laughing with glee as he grabs surgical masks by the handful and rubs them on his shoes. The video was uploaded at 10:14 a.m. Monday morning by a Chinese coronavirus vlogger from Wuhan who goes by the pseudonym Harry Chen PhD. Before being suspended by Twitter in late February, Chen’s Twitter account had gained 35,000 followers for his frequent insider videos of the outbreak in Wuhan and CCP abuses.

Chen later created a new account through which he has defiantly continued to post videos his trusted sources in China sent him through encrypted channels. Chen told Taiwan News that the video had been filmed on Monday by workers in a factory converted to produce surgical face masks. Chen said that the factory workers first posted it on Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok and that the factory is located in the Jiangsu province city of Zhenjiang. In the video, the worker can be heard asking the cameraman in a thick Zhenjiang accent “Is this good enough? Are these the masks for export?” The vlogger then questioned if it is wise for the West to trust China to do all of its manufacturing. Chen said the original video was wiped from Douyin’s servers by government minders within minutes after being uploaded.

Oooh, the Yellow Peril strikes again!

A lot of anti-chinese shit being stirred these days, I wonder why….

“the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is seeking to shift blame for its bungled handling of the disaster by fostering conspiracy theories such as the U.S. military being behind the outbreak, leading to a spike anti-foreigner sentiment in China.”

if that’s true, maybe there’s a reason both sides are ramping up the hate….

probably economic reasons….brought to you by the same people who sold our manufacturing to china….

I mean, if I worked for crap pay at a facility that probably has razor wire around the perimeter fence to keep people in. I may resent it too. It maybe more a comment on his working conditions then him trying to sabotage the wonderful USA that can’t even make its own masks.

And are people really blaming China for the coronavirus? The only people I heard claiming it is all China’s fault are Trump and his followers who don’t want to blame their idiot in charge.

A while back a silly little story was published saying Chinese were secreting vials of virus in their luggage. The brave American spies caught them and they said they were bringing in antibodies to American scientists.

Of course that story is a lie. Probobably planted by Trump loving spy agencies or the DOJ. If China wants to spread a virus here in the great USA, all they need do is infect the mass quantities of foods, produce, clothes and products they sell here. Wal Mart is stocked up full of them. I don’t think Wal Mart even sells any American made products. The Walton heirs made billions off of selling Americans Chinese products and paying slave wages to sales clerks.

So, really maybe globalization and fake free trade wasn’t such a good idea.

A man dirtying masks is the least of America’s problems.

nope, it wasn’t.  international finance capital was the main beneficiary.  and the US governmt (starting with nixon, at the behest of the donor class) the main instigator

Every country should be able to produce essentials like food and basic consumer goods at home, so that they can’t be extorted by larger or more powerful, so they can survive disruption of overseas supply chains, etc.

What we (& the rest of the world) are doing now is just abetting global monopoly of subsistence, with no gain to anyone but big capital

He’s not contaminating anything that had any possible use. There are a hundred reasons why the video was made. Most of them involve stupidity. The Al Franken video comes to mind—a joke of the moment that backfired spectacularly.

@segami I doubt that there are “sleeper cells.” What is out there are downtrodden, underpaid, under appreciated and, of course, stupid, people. And, too damned many of them. There are the young idiots, hoping to make a splash on social media, licking products in the stores or taking bites of ice cream and returning the cartons to the freezer. Years ago there was the guy who poisoned Tylenol, which lead to nearly unopenable containers. (I would gleefully kill him myself for those repercussions.) There are the fast food employees who spit in the food and worse because they despise their job, their employers and probably the customers because they can’t find a better job. As for this woman, I wonder how often she has experienced discrimination, before and after COVID 19, because she is Asian and most likely Chinese? Or, maybe she is just mean or stupid.

All of which is not to excuse this kind of behavior, but to suggest, rather than “sleeper cells,” there are just a whole bunch of unhappy people expressing that unhappiness in non socially acceptable ways.

Anyone who has spent any time in factories or production knows that there is spoilage and that is what it looks like. Product pulled out of the system cause it has some defect, dumped on a floor or in a bin to be discarded. Only 100% perfect product makes it out the door.

I’m convinced I’ve already had the damned thing. Coughed nonstop for two weeks back in early February. Low fever. Along with quite a few people in my office building. My stepdaughter had all that plus pneumonia in late February and the first week of March.  We were both definitely exposed afterwards and…nothing.
