Just under four minutes in length, so you’ve got time to watch

‘Cause that's what it would be. "Tea and cake or death? Tea and cake or death? Tea and cake or death!" Students with beards, (mimes demonstrating with picket signs) "Tea and cake or death! Tea and cake or death! Little Red Cookbook! Little Red Cookbook!" ‘Cause, "Cake or death?" That's a pretty easy question. Anyone could answer that.

    Hi gryneos,

All good stuff.  For those wishing to explore self-inquiry, would recommend the following.

    2) No-Self – http://www.no-self.com/

    3) Sailor Bob Adamson – What’s Wrong With Right Now Unless You Think about It

    4) Caitlin Johnstone – How To Awaken From The Matrix Using Self-Enquiry

Here is John Carey talking about waking up.

    - John F. Kennedy

"In a Time of Universal Deceit - Telling the Truth Is a Revolutionary Act."
    - George Orwell

"They must find it difficult ... Those who have taken authority as the truth,
Rather than truth as the authority."
    - Gerald Massey

      Thanks, @thouartthat

I haven’t used it in a while, but I have an app on my phone for meditation called “Insight Timer.” I like it as it’s  fairly customizable for length, what you hear, and so forth. Having listened to what Alan Watts was describing above, I may have to give it a try and see if my meditation experiences improve.

Before I found that video and posted here, I was inspired to look up some Watts after hearing some samples of his thoughts on a Beatfarmer cut, Bansara. I’ll post it, too, as it is good chillout/downtempo/trance electronic music. I just don’t know what Watts they quoted (as in, what was the original talk he was giving on the subject sampled.)
