Buttermilk pecan pie? in the forum Jackpine Radical Cooking 2 weeks ago
As usual, I will make pecan pies, but some people are asking for something not comprised entirely of sugar. I’m looking at buttermilk pecan pie, which appears to be a sort of buttermilk & egg custard with pecans tossed in. Anybody familiar with this? Hints?
