our local supermarket has a stir fry shrimp with peppers that you can buy at the buffet. It sells out fast. Anyway, sounds good.
I think I’m going to make Mollie Katzen’s cauliflower pie for dinner tonight.

Went with the rice. Used noodles the last couple of times and finished off the last two cups of rice I had in the cupboard.

Sounds yummy! I would go with the stronger noodle if stir frying. Making Pho tonight.

Butter, 10 small red potatoes, chopped onion, garlic, red chile peppers. When it’s almost done, throw in some diced ham.
Easy meal, only dirty up one pan and a stirring spoon.
Threw a hambone into the crockpot for 4 hours. all the meat bits fell off and took out the bone.
Added a double handful of garlic cloves, 1.5 cups of chopped onions, about a pound of split peas, and some pepper.
It was still a little thin so I added about 1/2 cup Osem Mushroom soup mix.

As usual, I will make pecan pies, but some people are asking for something not comprised entirely of sugar. I’m looking at buttermilk pecan pie, which appears to be a sort of buttermilk & egg custard with pecans tossed in. Anybody familiar with this? Hints?
