It’s hot, but not lethal, as I removed a bunch of seeds to help the consistency. I’ve used one jar as an ingredient for chili, and fajitas. I gave another jar to a buddy who used a few table spoons for buffalo wings, and also for mixing caesars. Would love to try the cheese! Is it spreadable? or a soft cheese like harvaarti, or hard like a cheddar. A smoked cheddar sounds like it’d be good.
