….and I say this because Paul joined the remaining members of Queen for a little while. I thought they sounded great together (though nobody can really replace Freddie, of course).
They did a couple of successful tours, but when it came time for them to record some original material together, the album didn’t do very well, and that sent Paul off in search of his Bad Company bandmates, while Brian & Roger found themselves with that American Idol reject.
He couldn’t have done any worse with the Doors than Ian Astbury did though. Now that was almost as embarrassing as LAMEbert with Queen.
