ColorsoftheRainbow replied to the topic Paul Krugman in full Hillbot mode this morning attacking Sanders in the forum General Discussion 6 days ago
Paul Krugman—who spent 2016 on his knees for Hillary Clinton because he was banking on her defeating Donald Trump (with Krugman hoping he would be a part of Hillary’s administration)—is a corrupt POS.

“Anybody who leaves Bernie because of this is a petty person, IMO.”
That is not the point.
Does Bernie Sanders actually want to win the 2020 Democratic nomination for president of the United States, to advance to the general election, and unseat Republican incumbent Donald Trump to get elected the next and 46th pre…[Read more]

How many people are going to be basing their votes on the thoughts and/or feelings expressed by Hillary Clinton?
I will accept a percentage.
Does Hillary Clinton think she has control over the minds of, say, 75 percent of the approximately 35 percent of self-identified Democrats who are exit-polled in general elections?
Isn’t it interesting t…[Read more]
The 2020 Democratic presidential primaries begin in two weeks with the first contest in Iowa scheduled for Monday, February 3, 2020.
I am endorsing Bernie Sanders of Vermont.
I am endorsing Sanders because of his vision, which includes Medicare for All, and for his true progressivism (by U.S. standards) in leadership he has to offer.

I was not a member of that site as some others here were.
From what people have described, so far on this thread, I get the impression they are pissed because they are losing their party. Meaning…they are losing the narrative in having people convinced that the post-1975 to pre-2020 Democratic Party Establishment of neoliberalism is best.

ColorsoftheRainbow replied to the topic New Jersey 2020: Generational Divide Between Biden and Sanders On Display in the forum General Discussion 1 week ago
In 2016, New Jersey held its Democratic presidential primary on June 7.
Hillary Clinton, as the official record, received 63.32 percent. Bernie Sanders received 36.68 percent.
The margin was: Hillary +26.64.
Those polling numbers do not suggest, for 2020, a blowout. So, I suggest staying tuned.
I responded to a bogus tweet by Matthew Dowd, who worked on at least one of 43rd U.S. president George W. Bush’s presidential campaigns, as he tweeted about the nonsense of Elizabeth Warren-vs.-Bernie Sanders.
You know one clear way to demonstrate that you believe a woman can and should be president? Don’t try to defeat a woman running for President.
— Matthew Dowd (@matthewjdowd) January 14, 2020
Elections 2016 and 2020 have had at least one woman also seeking a major-party’s presidential nomination. Matt—Are you thinking a candidate, who has a vision for improving the nation and the lives of its people, should step aside? Did 2016 Donald Trump do this for Carly Fiorina?
