– machines tied to the internet
– machines with rejected ballots sent to central adjudication
– machines that run proprietary software without software audits

The same argument could be made in reverse. The far right is already planning massive demonstrations if the 2020 election evidence is not heard by SCOTUS. It will make the country ungovernable by Biden. So either way it is a no win situation.
