Groove Salad, Seven Inch Soul, Sonic Universe, which has a lot of progressive Jazz, plus some others, are bookmarked within Winamp.
But you can stream directly from the site using their player, or whatever you have installed.

The same applies to baseball, where to watch the Cleveland Team That Will Soon Have No Name, I have to have Fox Sports, and I would have to pay for it. Ain’t…[Read more]

Rice crackers CAN taste good in the forum Jackpine Radical Cooking 4 days ago
Since I can’t have bread right now (another friggin’ elimination diet), or corn, or potatoes, or nuts, I’ve been badly craving something crunchy. Well, my prayers were answered last night when I came across a new brand of rice cracker. They’re made in the US, so easy for you guys to get. Made with black or red rice, salt, and palm oil…[Read more]

Funny — I got the recipe from my elderly Italian friend, for whom I cook occasionally. He asked if I could make this, and thankfully he knew where to get the fresh sardines. (Gotta go to the secret Italian seafood shop in the sketchy industrial area.) It was really fantastic. He served it with his homemade wine which, according to my partner, was…[Read more]

They run up, they bark, Ms. Marple just puffs that fluff out all the way, hisses, and raises one big paw. She doesn’t retreat. The dog cocks his head, seems to think “This one’s not running. This one’s big. This one’s not afraid. Maybe I’ll find something else to do.” Then they walk away.
It does amuse me; I’ll grant you that.

You WOULD have a Siberian Forest cat . . . or a Maine Coon. Something enormous that looks like a mini lion. She’s a beauty, anyway. 🙂
