Some are apparently being rejected. I never received any emails after two attempts using gmail addresses (and even having them resent). I immediately got the email when I didn’t use a gmail address.

Most likely because you don’t have SPF set up or something similar. I tried from 2 different gmail accounts and neither received the emails after 24 hours (no they didn’t go in my spam folder either, they’re being rejected) – even after having them resent.
