Poll Shows Zelensky Leading 2024 U.S. Presidential Race in the forum Political Humor 2 weeks ago
So far, even though Bulgaria is an ally of Russia there aren’t Bulgarian weapons or soldiers involved.
I am also not surprised by Zelensky’s status either – there is only adulation for him in Western media coverage.
And @scottcrowder , to my amazement I am much closer to being a Republican than a Democrat anywhere – and the last survey I saw…[Read more]

Most of us here on JPR would be considered left-wing, but from what I gather (as I don’t know any of our membership here personally, just what any of you have publicly discussed here unilaterally), most of us struggle to retain what we have. We aren’t in Congress. We aren’t leading a political party. And if we ARE important like that, then we…[Read more]

what you describe sure rings true with me. I had several similar experiences:
- trying to access party meetings and do block walks during elections, something that used to be routine when my parents were living and in the party. I’ve not seen it happen here since I was a kid.
- during the bernie campaign, “someone” had al…

If they live a couple more years and die, we still need the Democrats to hold the White House in 2024.
If they die during the next Congress (2023-24), it won’t help unless the Democrats continue their Senate majority. One flipped seat, Mitch McConnell becomes Majority Leader, and no nominee to replace a right-wing extremist…[Read more]

Also, the talk about promoting “democratic capitalism” is about as rediculous as it gets.
First of all, that is not what they’re doing (those who organize our system). They’re extracting resources and exploiting labor for their own benefit. And secondly, an economic system in which those who invest their labor but…[Read more]

I was hoping someone here would find the total transcript…And the reaction to the speech per your description as I would have predicted…..The West doesn’t think any other country is worthy enough to have a say in ruling / governing the planet….Natalie Baldwin has the transcript also – I may post it in GD….
I’ve also heard…[Read more]

One of my coworkers at the time was from southern Louisiana. Last name of Doucet, and white Cajun as fuck. I remember him telling everybody that the people on roof tops were firing guns in the air to attract attention because many were too poor to own cars and there weren’t enough buses to get more than a few thousand people out,…[Read more]

I was reminded not to bring my Shakhtar jersey to Ukraine, let alone wear in public in Ukraine. It’s the team from Donetsk.
It’s a subject that feels like it’s not mentioned.
It’s fine in the US, of course – no one has a clue what it is 😉

You write: “Jain lays out about a gazillion meaningful connections between sacred geometry and the number 432 (radius of the Sun is 432,000 miles, for example).”
There’s nothing “sacred” about a measurement in miles. The mile is a totally arbitrary unit. In most countries today, people instead use the kilometer (a different…[Read more]

That getting vaccinated lowers the risk of actually getting COVID-19, though it doesn’t eliminate it completely.
I have heard nothing convincing about it causing fertility issues – though it is possible that some could have such a reaction to it.
I’d like to see whatever articles you’ve got that say otherwise.
